WELLNESS POLICY
Please note that registration is required to attend on site and you must pass a wellness check.
- Parking is next door at MidCarolina Pediatrics.
- Arrive early for screening.
- If you have come into direct contact with anyone with COVID-19 or if you are waiting on a COVID-19 test result, we ask that you decline attendance.
- If you are presenting any flu-like or allergy symptoms or have a fever, we ask that you decline attendance.
- Temperatures will be checked on site.
- Hands must be sanitized upon entering.
- Masks are required and must be worn on site.
- Social distance is required.
- Space is limited. Please bring your own lawn chairs and/or canopies.
